Replace Faulty Front Catalytic Converter:

Replace the faulty front catalytic converter with the all-new aFe POWER direct-fit front cat replacement for the Jeep Wrangler (TJ) with L6-4.0L engine. This cat replacement is constructed of 100% MIG welded stainless steel for strength and durability. This product is an EPA Compliant catalytic converter with 3/8″ thick flanges for a secure hassle-free installation.

Stainless Steel Construction:

This system is constructed of durable mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance, and strength, eliminating cracking.

Factory Mounting Locations:

Utilizes factory mounting locations and OE-style flanges making it a true bolt-on system.

Catalytic Converters:

This product is an EPA Compliant catalytic converter for a bolt-on and go installation.

Replacement of catalytic converters (if equipped) is allowed only under the following conditions: 1) if the vehicle is missing a converter; 2) if a state or local inspection program has determined the existing converter has been lead-poisoned or damaged or otherwise needs replacement; or 3) if the vehicle is more than five (5) years old or has more than 50,000 miles and a legitimate need for replacement has been established and documented. This product only fits those vehicles as listed in the application table.
