1-7/8″ – 2-1/8″ – 2-3/4 304 Stainless Steel Construction:
This system is constructed of 1-7/8″ – 2-1/8″- 2-3/4 mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Tri-Y Design with Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance.
Includes Auxiliary O2 bung:
These Headers include an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation.
TIG Welded Inlet Ports:
TIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improving exhaust flow.
304 Stainless Steel Flanges:
Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal.
Retains Factory Sensors:
This system has been designed to retain all factory sensors and is compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation.
Hardware included:
Includes manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system. No cutting or modifications required.
Powerful Sound:
These headers produce a powerful sound unleashing all available horsepower and torque.
Computer-Aided Design:
Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, these headers are designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment.
Fitment Note:
This item will fit convertible models but is not recommended.
48-34148-T Titanium Coated Header is preferred for convertible models due to lower radiant heat in the engine compartment.
